Design Consultation
Building relationships with our clients and getting to know what is really needed (and sometimes just wanted!) in a design is an essential step in our process – and one we relish!
Your Design Consultation can either be in person or on the phone. We’ll discuss everything with you; from style preferences, practical considerations, worktop choices, appliances to budget.
This information, combined with the room measurements, gives your designer a solid base to enable us to design your perfect kitchen!
Home Measure
Our designer will visit your home to measure up and also, get a feel for the space. Whilst we can design from a floor plan, to see and feel the space is essential to produce a considered design.
Also, any questions not covered in the DesignConsultation can be covered. Your designer will then be armed with everything needed to create your kitchen design, tailored perfectly to your needs.
Design Presentation
The next step is to return to our showroom to view your design – this is the exciting part!
With the use of our 3D computer software, your designer will bring your design to life – exploring every aspect, you’ll be able to visualise how the design will look in your space along with how it will work on a day-to-day basis. You will also receive an itemised quotation.
Here, we will also discuss any potential design changes that would be possible if you decide to go to the next stage and commit to working with us.
Design Refinement
By now, you will have made a commitment to work with Create on designing your dream kitchen!
The next stage is to tweak your design until absolutely perfect! This may involve cost fluctuations (depending on changes made) but you will be notified of any changes.
Order!
You’ve explored and refined your design, built a relationship with your designer and have an understanding of how Create work – now it’s time to place your kitchen order!
At this point, you will receive a Contract summarising all costs, payment schedule and provisional dates along with a summary of the final kitchen, appliances, worktops etc.
Now it’s the hardest part, waiting until your kitchen is ready!
Installation
If you’ve opted for us to install your kitchen, we’ll project manage the whole process, keeping you updated every step of the way.
