Either over the telephone or in person, we’ll discuss your project with you, gaining as much information as possible to make sure we design a kitchen that fits your lifestyle as well as design preferences. We’ll delve into what styles and colours you are drawn to, how your kitchen is used, what appliances are needed along with any brand preferences and budgets.

Measure-Up!
One of our experienced designers will then call around to your home (unless you have detailed plans) to take accurate measurements along with getting the chance to see and feel the space to make sure your design is perfect for your home!

Design Presentation
We will then invite you into the showroom where your kitchen design will be unveiled!
This discussion really allows us to bring your design to life; using aids such as our 3D computer software and a huge range of samples. It also gives us chance to discuss the nitty-gritty, such as; storage options, worktop choices, appliance options etc.
This process will then be repeated until your design is absolutely perfect!

Once your design is perfect and every detail has been agreed, we’ll take final measurements then order your kitchen! We also confirm everything to you; from each item ordered to key dates and a payment schedule. You just need to sit back and wait for your kitchen to arrive!!!

If you’ve opted for us to install your kitchen, we’ll project manage the whole process, keeping you updated every step of the way.
