Bryan is a brilliant kitchen designer, we had a very odd shaped room and I was desperate to have an island. Bryan took it all in his stride, a true professional and to see the kitchen on the wall from his laptop on a return visit was amazing, like you could almost touch it and see yourself in it. Bryan, Louise, and John the fitter who by the way is an excellent kitchen fitter and goes the extra mile, have far exceeded our expectations. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained to us , and was carried out without a hitch. I cannot rate this company highly enough, a wonderful experience from start to finish! Bryan, Louise and the team provide a fabulous professional service all the way through from design to installation. Their experience and advice on all aspects of the kitchen was invaluable. All the teams of builders, fitters, electricians, platsterers etc who work with Create are reliable, professional, really hard working and produce top quality work. We had a complicated installation involving a new roof with skylights, moving a boiler and enlarging a window, but the whole process worked really smoothly and we're extremely pleased with our new litchen. Louise was a fantastic point of contact dealing with all of my emails and endless questions, and Bryan took a really hands on approach to project management, popping in most days to check on the team and the progress. All of the contractors lined up by Create felt incredibly trust worthy and reliable, and all finished the work to the highest of standards. When we first confirmed the design and booked in the project with the team we were expecting our first child. Obviously we made sure the project would be completed by his due date, however our son had other plans, arriving 6 weeks early and 2 weeks prior to the start of the project. I’ll personally be eternally grateful to all the guys who worked on it who dealt with the mayhem of our home so well! The company were so thoughtful and considerate of our situation and did all they could to ensure noise, dust, and overall stress was at a minimal whilst we navigated life with a prem new born (and without a kitchen!). Most importantly, our kitchen is STUNNING! It’s exactly what we dreamed it would be. It’s the heart of our home, stylish, practical, contemporary yet timeless.
